مقدمة Introduction

مرحباً بك في أسرة، تطبيق الاستشارات القانونية للمرأة في المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الشروط والأحكام تحكم استخدامك لتطبيقنا وخدماتنا. Welcome to Usra, the women's legal consultation app in Saudi Arabia. These terms and conditions govern your use of our app and services.

باستخدام تطبيق أسرة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام تطبيقنا. By using the Usra app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

التعريفات Definitions

"أسرة" أو "نحن" أو "لنا" "Usra" or "we" or "us"

تشير إلى شركة أسرة ومطوري تطبيق الاستشارات القانونية Refers to Usra company and the legal consultation app developers

"التطبيق" "App"

يشير إلى تطبيق أسرة للاستشارات القانونية Refers to the Usra legal consultation app

"المستخدم" أو "أنت" "User" or "you"

يشير إلى أي شخص يستخدم تطبيق أسرة Refers to any person using the Usra app

قبول الشروط Acceptance of Terms

باستخدام تطبيق أسرة، فإنك تؤكد أنك قد قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق نيابة عن شخص آخر أو كيان، فإنك تؤكد أنك مخول بذلك. By using the Usra app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are using the app on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

مسؤوليات المستخدم User Responsibilities

معلومات دقيقة Accurate Information

يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند التسجيل واستخدام التطبيق You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the app

حماية الحساب Account Security

يجب عليك حماية كلمة المرور الخاصة بك وعدم مشاركتها مع أي شخص You must protect your password and not share it with anyone

الاستخدام القانوني Legal Use

يجب عليك استخدام التطبيق فقط للأغراض القانونية والمشروعة You must use the app only for legal and legitimate purposes

احترام الآخرين Respect Others

يجب عليك احترام المحامين والمستخدمين الآخرين وعدم إساءة استخدام الخدمة You must respect lawyers and other users and not misuse the service

الأنشطة المحظورة Prohibited Activities

يحظر عليك القيام بأي من الأنشطة التالية: You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • استخدام التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونيةUsing the app for illegal purposes
  • إرسال محتوى مسيء أو ضارSending offensive or harmful content
  • محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو أنظمتهAttempting to hack the app or its systems
  • انتحال هوية شخص آخرImpersonating another person
  • بيع أو نقل حسابك لشخص آخرSelling or transferring your account to another person

الخصوصية والبيانات Privacy and Data

الملكية الفكرية Intellectual Property

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والبرامج في تطبيق أسرة هي ملك لنا أو لشركائنا. يحظر عليك نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل أي من هذه المحتويات دون إذن مسبق. All content, trademarks, and software in the Usra app are owned by us or our partners. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any of this content without prior permission.

حدود المسؤولية Limitation of Liability

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق. الاستشارات القانونية المقدمة هي لأغراض إعلامية فقط ولا تشكل استشارة قانونية رسمية. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Legal consultations provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute formal legal advice.

إنهاء الخدمة Termination

يمكننا إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في أي وقت إذا: We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if:

  • انتهكت هذه الشروطYou violated these terms
  • قدمت معلومات كاذبةYou provided false information
  • استخدمت التطبيق لأغراض ضارةYou used the app for harmful purposes
  • انتهكت حقوق الملكية الفكريةYou violated intellectual property rights

تغييرات الشروط Changes to Terms

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app or email. Your continued use of the app after changes means you agree to the new terms.
